Hi VJ, I believe you may have discovered a bug in the current version of code. Are you using the latest Folsom version (ie devstack)? Check your Horizon logs and you'll notice a number of errors when trying to perform this operation. Perhaps some Horizon folks here have some knowledge of this, otherwise I can look into it further next week and file a bug if necessary. Meanwhile, you can use python-novaclient to perform a 'nova volume-snapshot-show' which is the information that would be reported from the Horizon details page you're trying to retrieve.
