Whilst it is cool that there is effort going into this what does it give that the Jenkins Jclouds plugin does not? (I think it is at https://github.com/jenkinsci/jclouds-plugin) The OpenStack CI team are also assisting in the development of the Jcouds plugin with a view to using it on OpenStack's Jenkins server.
