Using openstack.org for the Java SDK is a big deal: it may be interpreted as an official project of OpenStack and for this it needs approval from the board. I suggest you to write to openstack-...@lists.launchpad.net and cc me (just to make sure that the message goes through, as launchpad gets cranky sometimes).
