The Fedora Project is providing packages for both Fedora and EPEL (Extra
Packages for Enterprise Linux).

Regarding the docs, I submitted this patch recently to the compute admin
guide:

The documentation there is pretty generic and mostly redirects users to
the Fedora project wiki.  The same information could be put in other
manuals, as appropriate.
