We hadn't put language in the overall structure summary around this, but have mentioned that this was something the Bylaws would probably cover. Setting the specific limitations is probably somewhat dependent on the Board size. I think it makes sense to have some limit (one company cannot employ more than X percentage of the Board members), but not say that it can only be one per company. If there are really good candidates who happen to share an employer, eliminating them completely could be counterproductive.
