Hey Stackers,
I don't have the bandwidth to get this blueprint done, but if someone is
interested in completing it, I would be inclined to support a freeze
exception to get it into Essex since it would not be changing any
interfaces or implementation -- just adding new event notifications to
the outbound event pipeline...
