Great, thanks for your contribution! I am guessing that you did not translate but wrote an independent one, that's fine with us. I've worked with FLOSS Manuals, an open source documentation community, where we would encourage new content in another language and not consider English to be the only source. With that in mind, one way you can invite collaborators is considering using the openstack-manuals project (on Launchpad and Github) for sharing the source files with others.
I'll send a second email to the list with thoughts on a translation process for documentation.
