Sudhakar, Grid Dynamics has built OpenStack Nova (compute) and Swift (object store) RPMs for the Diablo release. Unfortunately I believe they are targeting RHEL6 rather than RHEL5, so the packages may not work without modification (or a large number of related upgrades). They have a blog with some details here:
