[Openstack-qa-team] Tempest tests almost passing against devstack

One failure was a nova bug I reported and just posted this workaround:

I reported https://bugs.launchpad.net/tempest/+bug/940532, 
test_list_images fails, but am not sure if it is
a tempest or nova bug. The current status is with 
resize_available=false. Turning that on makes some tests hang.
