The meeting is an online video/voice/collaboration meeting. By clicking the link: https://welink-meeting.zoom.us/j/317491860 you will go to a page that will download the zoom client installation package. Install that, run it and put the meeting ID in where asked. Zoom works all over the world. Once you have the client, when you click on the link in the future, it will ask you whether you want the zoom client launched.
No IRC room for this one. It seems that the user groups often are more comfortable and productive with interactive meetings.
