Hi Eugene, With just that error it's a bit difficult to see exactly why it's failing.
Could you use paste.openstack.org (or similar) to paste a more detailed log of the error/output? I'd also suggest jumping into #openstack-ansible on the Freenode irc server, there are usually some people about who may be able to help and provide more feedback/pointers. Thanks! Andy
