So judging from the Doodle poll results, 1400 UTC bi-weekly on a Wednesday is the favourite choice. I will go ahead and book one of the IRC meeting rooms. Once that's done, I'll put together a draft agenda for a first meeting, and publicise to the lists again. Thanks for all your input so far !
