Yep, looks like someone subscribed a mailbox for a "Google Group" at
openstack-priv...@googlegroups.com which either doesn't exist or
isn't allowing the mailing list posts to be delivered to it. That
definitely isn't (or at least shouldn't be!) anything official for
the OpenStack community.
