Several folks at the PHL meet up were interested in the API extensions we built for Neutron to report usage statistics on networks. Essentially this gives you a way to report the number of IPs out of the total that are used.
We have that patch up in this branch now: https://github.com/godaddy/openstack-neutron/tree/network-ip-usage Although looking directly at this commit is probably more useful as far as seeing what’s going on: https://github.com/godaddy/openstack-neutron/commit/fcf325f9f9f7a9f87ba6bc1c53f9212d0e2decee No great docs or anything like that yet, and we’re hoping to get a spec for Liberty written up for this and see where it goes.
