maybe distributions could ship the script into /etc/cron.daily by
default? i would remove it on my case but is a good default for simple
openstack installs
Packagers should ship it in a documentation sample, not install it into
the cron tab directly. Sites that run multiple keystone servers would
wind up with competing cron jobs, not a great situation.
