I have added you to the existing group. The way you add new groups is to edit https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack-infra/project-config/tree/gerrit/acls/openstack/devstack-plugin-vmax.config to include the new group. Any group not already in gerrit when that config is applied will be created by our automation tooling.
