Apologies for late reply. We were fighting couple of issues with the CI
in last couple of days. The networking problem mentioned by Ihar was one
of them.
We're running fine as of yesterday [1]. To stay on the safe side let's
wait a few days so CI proves stable before making it voting. I'll ping

OK, the CI was enabled for short time, and then broke again:

It -1d every single patch that was proposed lately. So I disabled it,
again. At this point, it seems like stability of the CI is not ideal, and
owners should work on guarding it from external breakages before we
consider making it voting again.
