It seems that i have two openid associated with the same gerrit user,
somehow one of them has been disabled. probably when liz helped me
setting group membership.
i can use the other email to sign in now.

Well as you stated in channel, the fact that you deleted one of your
launchpad emails today probably plays a role.
I don't know as I have encountered this situation before and don't know
what to advise.
