Hi, In the openstack review site https://review.openstack.org, I have submitted the ICLA agreement without providing the contact details. I am facing the flowing error during git review

I provided valid information in the required fields. I have also joined the openstack foundation(https://www.openstack.org/profile/ ), but not able be view my public profile. And in the Legal Agreements tab, the ICLA agreement is missing.
