My impression from the recent "Replace Launchpad OpenID authentication" design summit session (see https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/juno-openid) was that infra would prefer that the Foundation create new blueprints to track and respond to these kinds of requests for resources / integration work. Speaking for myself at least, I'm neither an expert in the "OpenStack-CI way", nor the *grimoire toolset. I would love to help any way I can, but leading the effort is probably not for me to do.
