To simplify the work on our documentation I created a Vagrant box (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/92867/) that I host at the moment at https://vagrantcloud.com/berendt/openstack-manuals/.
I think it's better to host it using an official OpenStack account. But how can I request an official OpenStack account on some external platform? Should I simply register a new account "openstack" on vagrantcloud.com? But what about (e.g.) using logos, using the box in the official documentation, ...
