Apologies for the added delay, but we'll also need a unique contact E-mail
address for that account which can't be an E-mail address in use for any other
Gerrit account on review.openstack.org, but could for example be an E-mail
alias for another account. The intent is to provide an easy point of contact
for the developer community to reach the people responsible for maintaining the
system using that account in case it begins to exhibit any undesirable
behavior, so that we can help inform and get it corrected as quickly as
possible.
