Thanks for the heads up. We will turn off the negative vote. Just a clarification, the current negative votes are not incorrect, we are hitting existing race conditions for which bugs exist. This should have been clear from the tempest test run log, however this file was not getting copied over correctly and hence was not visible in the logs that we have made publicly available.
