Isn't the issue that the newer version of qemu-kvm-ev (2.6.0) *hasn't* shipped yet? E.g. it's not in: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/virt/x86_64/kvm-common/ Hence the mismatch is created because the CentOS repos contain Libvirt 2.0.0 but not a matching qemu-kvm-ev build (yet).
