I'd like to propose Steve Lewis (stevelle on IRC) for Glance core. Take a look at any of his reviews, and you can see that he's thorough and comprehensive in his reviewing. He's knowledgeable about Python, Glance, and software engineering in general. He's gained a lot of experience in various OpenStack projects (including experience as a core reviewer), and will be a great addition to the Glance core reviewers team.
