It has been pointed out that this change of license no longer qualifies this driver to have CI run by openstack-infra. It is a requirement that all Cinder backend drivers have a running third party CI to validate all patches. A new CI will need to be set up for this driver ASAP. If that is not possible, the driver will be marked as not supported in this release and removed in Pike.
