Hi Neutrinos, By now a few of us have noticed that the neutron core and driver teams have lost a number of very talented and experienced engineers: well...this sucks there's no more polite way to put it!!
These engineers are the collective memory of the project, know the kinks and gotchas of the codebase, and are very intimate with the overall openstack machine. They leave a big void behind. It sad to see them go, but personally I have the utmost confidence in the fact that they have groomed other engineers to step up in a role of greater responsibility. Ocata might be seen by some as a hiatus, and that's ok: take the time to rest if you can, because the team is going to grow back stronger than ever, and it will make neutron kick-ass, even more so than it already is. You can count on it. Happy hacking! Armando
