Julie has consistently provided thoughtful and detailed reviews since
the start of the Newton cycle. She has made a number of contributions
which improve the CLI and has been extremely helpful with other tasks
that don't often get enough attention (backports, bug
triaging/reporting and improving our processes[2]).
I think she will be a valuable addition to the review team
