I want to welcome Boris Bobrov (breton) to the keystone core team. Boris
has been a contributor for some time and is well respected by the keystone
team for bringing real-world operator experience and feedback. He has
recently become more active in terms of code contributions and bug
triaging. Upon interacting with Boris, you quickly realize he has a high
standard for quality and keeps us honest.
