Hey folks, Cross project initiative patches like this one: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/383226/1
Should always be approved if they pass code review and the gate is green. There is no need for a bug id or trivial fix or blueprint. Please do make sure to verify they are correct and don’t alter the codebase in a damaging way that the author may not have intended (or been aware of). I don’t think this last scenario would happen often, but is possible. Sorting out the 60+ projects in the big tent’s various policies for patch acceptance is a lot of unnecessary work for the cross project initiative work (e.g. global requirements, translations, etc). Lets make it easy on the great folks doing this work. Regards -steve
