I'll +2 +A it tonight if I see that it pass all CI jobs, and give a
status update here before end of day.
While I agree with the tripleo workaround, I believe that the right long
term course of actions would be networking-cisco folks untangling their
plugin code from test only code. It does not make much sense that their
plugin pulls lots of test only dependencies that python-neutron-tests RDO
package has.
