At the end of today we'll be frozen on mox conversion and python 3 support.
These are the outstanding python 3 changes for nova:

There are a ton of the mox conversion changes so I'm not going to be
-2ing all of those, just be aware we're done reviewing those for newton
and will open up again in ocata.
