Should I configure nova.conf file for nova-scheduler filter ? but which step, [docker] on container node ? Is the same work, Zun project ? what can I do, controller node. it has a error about filters properties.

You should have the nova-scheduler ideally on the controller node (but it can be anywhere other than the compute nodes itself).
