Ubuntu SSO is **not** Launchpad. Launchpad is just another consumer of Ubuntu SSO, and it has the 'feature' of forwarding through to Ubuntu SSO - so we're actually seeing Ubuntu SSO spam accounts :(. Why does this matter?
