The documentation team are working on a new method to help projects document their installation guides in their own repo, with publishing to docs.openstack.org. This is explicitly to help projects meet the project navigator requirements. Before Newton, we will have the infrastructure up, and hope to also have a template and some other guides for you to help you do this.
