We should also now consider our minimum QEMU versions. Jessie will have QEMU 2.1.0, 16.04 LTS will have 2.5.0 and RHEL 7.2 will have 2.3.0 So that'd suggest a valid QEMU/KVM version of 2.1.0, vs our current 1.5.3 version.
