The last I heard, oauth is likely to be deprecated in Keystone [1].

If you're interested in having it stay around, please let the Keystone team know. It would only make sense to add it to Horizon if it's going to stay.

We are looking to unify all of the delegations mechanisms: Role assigntments, trust, and OAuth. Its going to be a topic at the Austin summit. A unified UI for these would be awesome.

Could you put up a blueprint for discussion? We have a weekly meeting to review blueprints: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings/HorizonDrivers

The blueprint template is here: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/template

Thanks!

Hi all,

I would like to propose a new tab in "Access and security" web page.

As you know, keystone offers an OAUTH plugin for authentication. This means that third party applications could access to OpenStack cloud resources using OAUTH. Now, this is possible using the CLI but there is nothing (AFAIK) in Horizon.

I would propose a new tab in "Access and security" web page to manage OAUTH credentials. As usual, this new tab would have a list of OAUTH crendentials with buttons to approve and remove them.

Please see a simple mockup herehttps://mferminl.web.cern.ch/mferminl/mockups/horizon-oauth-mockup.png

Comments, suggestions... are very welcome!

Cheers,
Marcos.
