hi, we've been searching for a lead/liaison/lieutenant for Aodh for some time. thankfully, we've had a volunteer.
i'd like to announce Liusheng as the new lead of Aodh, the alarming service under Telemetry. he will help me with monitor bugs and specs and will be another resource for alarming related items. he will also help track some of the features we hope to implement[1]. i'll let him mention some of the target goals but for now, i'd like to thank him for volunteering to help improve the community.
