I am nominating Ronald Bradford (rbradfor) for oslo-core. Ronald has been working this cycle to learn about oslo.context, oslo.log, and oslo.config. He anticipates picking up the much-needed work on the app-agnostic-logging blueprint, and has already started making incremental changes related to that work. He has also contributed to the documentation generation and sample generator in oslo.config. His understanding of the code, our backwards-compatibility requirements, and the operational needs related to configuration and logging will make him a valuable addition to the team.
