Liaisons, With the increase in release announcements on the openstack-announce list, we've had requests to move some of that traffic that isn't of immediate interest to most users to openstack-dev. Last week we merged changes to the schema of the deliverables files in the releases repository to address this, adding a new required field.
The 'send-announcements-to' value should be an email address where announcements for the release go. As part of adding the field, I updated the mitaka and independent deliverable files, but if you need to release stable versions of projects you may have to go back and add values to those files. All server projects should use openstack-annou...@lists.openstack.org. Most other projects should use openstack-dev@lists.openstack.org, unless they are deployer-facing tools.
