hi folks, I am working on add functional testing case for "creating" bays on gate.for now, there is k8s bay creation/deletion testing, I want to adding more swarm/mesos
type bay testing, but I tried times , gate failed to create swarm bay.
per my experience, swarm-master/node requires to access network outside swarm-cluster.
