Heat's current meeting times are Wednesdays 2000 UTC, and 1200 UTC on
alternate weeks.
Since I can't attend the 1200 UTC time I would like to suggest the new
alternate time of 0700 UTC.

This time looks bad for the Americas, but should be reasonable for
everybody else in the world, so I'm hoping for a decent turnout.
