As a quick update, for the Liberty cycle, keystone will be using the first
milestone as our Spec Proposal Freeze (SPF), with Feature Proposal Freeze (API
Impacting features must be code complete / ready for review / gating) at the
second milestone.

This will help to give us more time to ensure features and related issues to
new features can be fully implemented prior to the RC window(s) and limit the
rush to land code in the third milestone.

Please feel free to discuss questions / concerns here in this thread, in
#openstack-keystone on IRC, or during our weekly IRC meeting.

Cheers,

If you have a spec to propose, please file it against Backlog until it is approved. Once it is approved, we will move it to the appropriate release; Liberty or later as appropriate.
