A performance issue was found when using OVS mechanism (we deduced it's on VM RX side) - we get very limited BW, tested with iperf. When using Mellanox SR-IOV the problem does not occur, this also points on OVS mechanism driver problem. LP bug with all details: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1403047/
