Folks cargo cult from each other and than point to the cargo culting as proof that their use is the correct use obfuscating the opportunity for them to clearly understand the original intention.
I'm actually surprised as many folks have spent time replying as did reply since the intended audience for this post was those who never reply to any email and don't ask questions, they just use information incorrectly since they think copying other people passes for knowledge.
