Hi, Mellanox CI was also failing due to the same issue, https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1355780 (apparently duplicated bug for https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1353309) We currently fixed the issue locally, by patching the server side RPC version support to 1.3.
