Long term, we're looking to move away from running the integration tests in the third party reddwarf-jenkins, so this should soon go away.
FWIW, in the short term, the re-trigger permissions are based on the trove-developers group in LaunchPad (https://launchpad.net/~trove). Matt, I've added you as a member of that group, so you should now have retrigger permission in rdjenkins.
