Chuck, I accidentally uploaded by local.conf changes to gerrit [1]. I immediately abandoned them so that reviewers wouldn't waste time thinking I was trying to get changes upstream. But, since they're up there now, you could take a look.
I am currently running a multi-node devstack on a couple of cloud VMs with these changes.
