that's a good point. I just restructured the etherpad so that there are
3 sections: one is for July 28 - Aug 1, second is for July 21-25 and
third one is for those who want to attend but can't make it within
suggested dates. So I would like to encourage everybody who is willing
to attend to put himself into the slots when he can (so if both weeks
work for you, please enter yourself into both lists).

August 1 may be a problem for those of us from Australia - it's the day
of the OpenStack miniconf at Pycon-AU.
I don't know if any of us intended to go to that, but if we did we'd
need to leave no later than the 4:40pm flight on July 30 in order to
make it back in time - and that would have us arriving in Brisbane at
7am on the day of the miniconf.
If we stayed till midday Friday and caught the 4:40pm flight out, we'd
arrive in BNE at 7am on the 3rd - just in time for the last day of talks
and the two days of sprints.
As I said, I'm not sure how many other people from this part of the
world had intended to go to Pycon-AU and the openstack miniconf, so I'm
not sure how much of a problem this is.
