I'd like to attend (as a proxy for Itsuro Oda), too. I'm wondering if the Neutron flavor framework could be used/enhanced for QoS purposes. The framework currently tries to deal with qualitative attributes (eg. existence of specific features), QoS deals with quantitative attributes (eg. bandwidth etc.).
